What does it do?
- Pregnancy support. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
- Mother and baby nutrition. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
- Cell division. Vitamin D has a role in the process of cell division, and folate contributes to normal blood formation.
- Thyroid and cognition. Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function and normal cognitive function.
- Liver and homocysteine. Choline contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism and the maintenance of normal liver function.
Why this formulation
Vitamin D3 in its cholecalciferol form and folate as 5-MTHF — the biologically active forms your body uses directly. Iodine at the full 150µg reference intake, and choline in a bioavailable L-Bitartrate form.

Directions
Take 1 capsule per day, ideally with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not take with other supplements containing vitamin D, as this product provides the daily upper limit for adults.

Very happy with these vitamins. They have no strange taste, are easy to swallow and I am already noticing an improvement in how I feel. My skin feels better and for the amount they are great value.
It's a pretty good D3 supplement, but only as a value option. The left out K2 make it less preferable for everyday users, but those with the mentioned medical conditions will definitely apprechiate it. But despite this, it's still a good option for ongoing Vitamin D supplementation.For this price it's an amazing deal.
It was advised by a friend that I try using a D vitamin supplement to aid in improving energy levels during the winter months. Now that winter is upon us, I ordered these ones.These capsules are an excellent size - they are nice and small compared to mny others that I have tried so they are very easy to swallow (I find that larger ones can be more difficult to get down). I cant speak to the combination of different minerals as I know nothing of the specifics, so am taking it on trust that contain the requisute amounts.Theres 4 months supply for £10 which seems like a reasonable price.
