What does it do?
Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and has a role in the process of cell division (GB Authorised Health Claims).
Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction.
Vitamin D has a role in cell division and contributes to normal immune function.
Iodine contributes to normal thyroid function.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity (GB Authorised Health Claims).
Why active forms
Most women starting TTC do not need our highest-strength formula yet, but they do need an active-form preconception supplement they can continue once they conceive. Fertility Focus uses the same active forms as Fertility Advance: 5-MTHF folate, both active B12 forms, and natural CoQ10. The 533µg folate dose exceeds the standard 400µg pregnancy recommendation.

Bio Mirco
BioMirco was founded by Jay and Natasha Necati, a husband-and-wife team, after more than a decade of infertility, IVF and pregnancy loss. Natasha, a fertility advocate who has spoken about pregnancy loss in national media and Jay set out to build the preconception formula they wished they'd had: active-form nutrients, a serious dose of CoQ10, and nothing they wouldn't take themselves.

On my second batch of Bio Micro and I genuinely feel great! My energy, skin and nails all seem better, and I just feel really good in myself. I love that it’s only two capsules and has everything I need. You don’t have to be trying for a baby to take it either I’d also take it for general health and wellbeing. I love that it’s clean and free from unnecessary bulking agents. I have acne prone skin and this didn’t break me out, like Holland and Barrett’s did! I’m moving abroad for a year and will definitely be stocking up. So handy and easy to take with me!
I haven’t been taking these long enough to comment on effectiveness yet, but my first impressions are positive. The quality seems good and the ingredient blend feels well considered for anyone preparing for pregnancy or trying to conceive. The capsules are a reasonable size and are easy to swallow, which makes sticking to the daily routine simple and practical. I’ve also noticed there isn’t much of an aftertaste, which is a bonus compared with some supplements.Overall, they seem convenient to take and offer a straightforward way to support daily nutritional intake while TTC.
We are trying to have a baby, so my girlfriend started to take fertility vitamins. This is a very good quality food supplement, contains everything a woman needs when they try to get pregnant. No bad taste or smell, easily to swallow.
What an excellent quality supplement this is. The range and quality of things ingredients are excellent. Capsules are typical size and easy to swallow with water. No particular taste or smell from the capsules. No side-effects since taking this supplement. Idea ideal to support your conception health. Effective with good quality ingredients. This is a premium supplement in terms of price but again you pay for what you get and I think it is a price worth paying.
