My personal motto is the more nutrients, the better, so I do try to get as many good things into my diet as I can. Unfortunately, foods that are rich in niacin are poultry and red meat, and for vegetarians... avocados and brown rice, basically. I don't make avocado money, and brown rice tastes like a paper bag, so supplements it is!These are super easy to take, in that a serving size is one capsule, and they are miniscule. If you're new to the supplement, about half an hour after, you might get a tingly feeling. That would be the flush, and it is... not that bad. I looked it up online and was expecting way worse, to be honest. If I hadn't been warned beforehand, I'd think I was having a small reaction, but it's pretty interesting! I guess it's like having solid proof that it's working in your system, which is kinda cool. I stopped noticing it and it went away after a little while though, so maybe take them when you're not planning to leave the house for a while, as it can make your face a little red.You get a four month supply for the price, making them 25p per day. They definitely work though, which is really neat to know for sure.

120 capsules of B3 Niacin with the flush effect. These capsules give a slight flush effect at first when you start taking them. I have taken B3 for a while now and these seem good value for money. Do be prepared though if you have not taken this type of niacin with the flush effect before you may feel it when you start. For me it is just a hot feeling, not unlike a menopausal flush but not as bad. Everyone is different though.There is some ALA in them 66mg as well as a small dose of B1. I usually take B2 as well as B1, I find taking them together is improtant for me. But only the B3 is in these 26mg.
