I take these capsules daily with my morning meal. They have no taste or smell. I swallow them with a glass of water. They contain many useful vitamins for women. I chose this blend because it provides important nutrients in one bottle. Taking just one supplement saves me time each day. They cause no stomach trouble for me. The vegan recipe suits my diet. A single bottle lasts a month. I plan to keep taking them.

These come a decent quantity and the capsules are a size that is not too hard to swallow either, the price is a little bit uncomfortable, other than that time will tell.

As someone who is never quite sure if supplements are exactly what they claim to be, or if the quality control is evident, I especially like that the supplements are manufactured under GMP (Good manufacturing practice).They are possibly at the higher end of the supplement price point but with the sheer amount of ingredients, the GMP and with a feeling that this brand is open and honest/trustworthy I would absolutely order again and recommend. It is better to spend a bit more on one premium product and know you are getting all the right formulations of vitamins than pay for alternatives that might not have everything you need.
