Where we ship
BioMirco ships to mainland UK addresses (England, Scotland, Wales) and Northern Ireland.
We do not currently ship outside the UK. If you live overseas and would like BioMirco delivered, please email us at hello@biomirco.com and we will let you know when international shipping becomes available.
Free delivery
All UK orders ship free, no minimum spend. Free delivery is sent on a tracked service through Royal Mail or our usual courier partners.
Delivery times
After your order is placed:
- Order processing. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed before midday Monday to Friday usually ship the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays ship the next working day.
- Delivery window. Tracked UK delivery typically arrives within 2 to 4 working days from dispatch. Most orders arrive within 3 working days.
- Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
We do not guarantee a specific delivery date. Couriers can experience delays during peak periods (December, bank holiday weekends, severe weather), so please factor this in if you are running low.
Subscribe & Save deliveries
Subscribe & Save orders are sent on a monthly cycle, dispatched on or around the same date each month. You can change your delivery date, skip a month, pause, or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@biomirco.com.
Subscription orders are free to ship, the same as one-off orders.
What happens if my parcel does not arrive?
The vast majority of parcels arrive without issue. If yours does not:
- First, check the tracking. Sometimes "delivered" parcels are with a neighbour, in a safe place, or with your local depot for collection.
- If 7 working days have passed since dispatch and you still do not have your order, email us at hello@biomirco.com with your order number and we will investigate with the courier and either re-send your order or refund you.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, take a photo and email it within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Address changes and cancellations
- Before dispatch. If you spot a typo in your address or need to cancel, email hello@biomirco.com as soon as possible. We will catch most orders before they leave us if you contact us within a few hours of placing the order.
- After dispatch. Once your order is with the courier we cannot redirect it. If it is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund you for the order (minus the postage we have already paid).
Returns
Our full returns policy is in our Refund Policy. In short: you have 30 days from receipt to return unopened products for a full refund. Opened or partially used products are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
