Where available through your account or by contacting customer support, you may pause, skip, or cancel a subscription before the next scheduled order.

There are no cancellation fees for cancelling a subscription.

9. Delivery

We provide free tracked delivery to eligible UK addresses.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday to Friday will normally be processed for dispatch on the same working day.

Tracked UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.

10. Cancellation and Returns

For eligible products, BioMirco provides an extended 60-day commercial return period from the date the customer receives the order.

To qualify for the extended 60-day return policy, products should generally be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Certain products may be excluded from return where an applicable legal exception applies, including certain sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.

Consumers may also have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

11. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method.

We aim to process approved refunds within 10 working days after receiving and checking an eligible returned product.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
