USAGE

How to take it

1 capsule per day, taken with food. Zinc on an empty stomach commonly causes nausea.

Avoid taking at the same time as calcium or iron supplements (they compete for absorption). Do not exceed 30mg of zinc per day from supplements unless directed by a healthcare professional.
