On my second batch of Bio Micro and I genuinely feel great! My energy, skin and nails all seem better, and I just feel really good in myself. I love that it’s only two capsules and has everything I need. You don’t have to be trying for a baby to take it either I’d also take it for general health and wellbeing. I love that it’s clean and free from unnecessary bulking agents. I have acne prone skin and this didn’t break me out, like Holland and Barrett’s did! I’m moving abroad for a year and will definitely be stocking up. So handy and easy to take with me!

These capsules have been really easy to swallow and contain such a comprehensive blend of ingredients so it saves having to buy lots of separate supplements.I'm still breastfeeding, so I wanted something to help support my overall nutritional intake while also preparing my body for trying to conceive again.These seemed like a well thought out option and I've had no unpleasant taste, aftertaste or stomach upset while taking them.The packaging feels premium, the instructions are clear and the bottle is easy to use. What an excellent quality supplement this is. The range and quality of things ingredients are excellent. Capsules are typical size and easy to swallow with water. No particular taste or smell from the capsules. No side-effects since taking this supplement. Idea ideal to support your conception health. Effective with good quality ingredients. This is a premium supplement in terms of price but again you pay for what you get and I think it is a price worth paying.

I think these supplements are really well thought out. There is an insert that documents the main ingredients and why they are important in the fertility journey. As the capsules are jam packed with vitamins and minerals, I feel like this is a great alternative to taking multiple tablets and supplements per day, carrying around multiple bottles.It is 3 capsules per day (morning, lunch and dinner), which is really simple to remember and easy to take. The capsules are roughly 2cm and easy to swallow. There is no smell or after taste, which I have found other fertility supplements to have, so huge bonus. I also have not experienced any adverse effects.The bottle came with a freshness seal and a very good expiry date (over a year and a half). As someone who is never quite sure if supplements are exactly what they claim to be, or if the quality control is evident, I especially like that the supplements are manufactured under GMP (Good manufacturing practice).They are possibly at the higher end of the supplement price point but with the sheer amount of ingredients, the GMP and with a feeling that this brand is open and honest/trustworthy I would absolutely order again and recommend. It is better to spend a bit more on one premium product and know you are getting all the right formulations of vitamins than pay for alternatives that might not have everything you need.

We are trying to have a baby, so my girlfriend started to take fertility vitamins. This is a very good quality food supplement, contains everything a woman needs when they try to get pregnant. No bad taste or smell, easily to swallow.

Found out I was having a histamine reaction due to HRT, so came off that and started this with dao enzyme supplement and my histamine has gone right back down in a week. I had urticaria on my back for over a year because of the too high estrogen and rubbish synthetic progesterone, and it’s almost completely gone away. I did also change my diet and do an elimination and added nettle tea and parsley, ginger but I think this has contributed. I’m weeing yellow so it must also have a good deal of vitamin c. I have loads more energy. Yes I recommend.

I discovered the benefit of magnesium glycinate a long time ago. After only a few days of taking it, my sleep improved very dramaticallyDue to a series of health issues, although the full dose is four capsules per day, I only take one capsule daily. This is because I almost rattle, having to take 12 medicine tablets daily anyway. So, I feel that I probably shouldn’t go too far with a supplement. I also eat well, and know that there are foods that have naturally occurring magnesium in them anyway. Taking everything into account, I’ve decided to restrict myself to a single daily capsule. (Well, it works for me.) You may wish to check with a health professional before opting to take these capsules.Aside from magnesium glycinate, there’s also magnesium citrate, magnesium malate, as well as zinc and vitamin D3, which are essential for a healthy body. The total elemental magnesium, swallowing four capsules daily, is around 384 mg, which would be 100% of your daily needs as an adult. But you do take in magnesium from lots of food, such as spinach, kale, avocado, bananas, almonds, cashews, lentils, chickpeas, oats, brown rice, tofu, dark chocolate, yoghurt, salmon, figs, prunes, etc. So, do you really need to take the four capsules every day? Possibly not, but that’s a personal decision.In taking just one capsule, I do receive a great night's sleep, much better than I do without. (This can easily be tested. Just stop taking them for several days…. You’ll soon be back taking them again!) To receive the benefit from the single capsule, I always take mine with my evening meal, to allow time for the ingredients to be absorbed and passed around my body.Finally, this supplement is made under strict conditions in the UK, which should give you all the reassurance you need that you are in receipt of a high-quality and safe supplement.At the time of this review, this magnesium complex supplement was almost £20, offering great value for money.Five stars. Recommended.

Me and my husband have been trying different magnesium supplements to find one to buy consistently. He's been taking these. He mainly takes them to help his muscles relax as he can tense up quite a lot esp when tired/ stressed. He said he's been sleeping through the night a lot better, his body feels more relaxed and his muscles don't seem to ache as much. Definitely an improvement. He can't comment on the energy aspect as he may be iron deficient and is seeing docs etc so he does feel tired a lot. He is fussy with tastes and has said these are easy to take with no weird taste or smell. Good value for money and he feels less tense.

I take this daily alongside my Vit C and it’s become a staple in my routine. No nausea when I have with food, did try try on an empty stomach and I wouldn’t recommend that. I know men should take this.

Very happy with these vitamins. They have no strange taste, are easy to swallow and I am already noticing an improvement in how I feel. My skin feels better and for the amount they are great value.
