What does it do?

Quercetin is a flavonoid - a natural plant compound found in apples, onions, berries, capers, and green tea. It is one of the most widely studied plant flavonoids in nutritional science.

Bromelain is a group of enzymes naturally found in the stem and fruit of pineapples (Ananas comosus). Rose hip (Rosa canina) and acerola fruit (Malpighia glabra) are naturally rich sources of vitamin C and other plant compounds, with both having been used in food and traditional preparations for centuries.

I think they work.

Found out I was having a histamine reaction due to HRT, so came off that and started this with dao enzyme supplement and my histamine has gone right back down in a week. I had urticaria on my back for over a year because of the too high estrogen and rubbish synthetic progesterone, and it’s almost completely gone away. I did also change my diet and do an elimination and added nettle tea and parsley, ginger but I think this has contributed. I’m weeing yellow so it must also have a good deal of vitamin c. I have loads more energy. Yes I recommend.

Great so far

This High Strength Quercetin Complex is a great product but it is quite expensive for only a months supply.The serving is two capsules a day which means it doesn't take long to get through them. The capsules are a standard size and easy to swallow. They don't really have a taste to them which makes it even easier to take.I like the combination of ingredients in these and that they seem to be high quality. I have used quercetin in the past for help with immunity and it worked okay but these have bromelain as well unlike the last ones I got making them even better. I like the other ingredients too and I'm interested to see if they'll be better in the long run than the previous supplement brand I was using.I am very pleased with these so far and I think they seem to be having an effect. They are quite expensive though so I'll have to judge whether I'll order these again when I near the end of the bottle.

Nice quality

I already take quercitin and this combo has more anti inflammatory extras in ie bromelain (from pineapple).It has really helped me reduce my histamine levels down and I take 1 x 500mg at night.You don't get many in this bottle for the price - and if you take the dose recommended it would only last a month which is quite expensive. I only need one which is generally sufficient so it would last longer.I really like that it contains no fillers which is something I look for in all my supplements now.Easy to swallow - no aftertaste.
