Refund Policy

You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to return unopened,
unused BioMirco products for a full refund.

How to start a return
Email hello@biomirco.com with your order number. We will reply within one
working day with return instructions. Please do not send products back
without contacting us first — items returned without notice cannot be
processed.

Return shipping
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the product was damaged,
faulty, or sent in error (in which case we will cover it or send a
prepaid label). We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund parcels
that do not reach us.

Opened or partially used products
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of
opened supplements. If you have opened a bottle and are unhappy, please
email us — we will always try to find a fair resolution and take your
feedback seriously, even if a refund is not possible.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty, or the
wrong item, email hello@biomirco.com within 7 days with a photo. We will
send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund timing
Once we receive and check your return, we will email you and process
your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days. Card
issuers can take a further 3–5 working days to post the refund.

Subscribe & Save
You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your
account or by emailing hello@biomirco.com. If a subscription order has
already dispatched when you cancel, that order still ships and is
covered by the usual 30-day return terms.

Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the UK Consumer Rights
Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under the
Regulations, you also have a 14-day right to cancel from the date you
receive goods, for any reason, provided the goods are returned unused
and in their original packaging.
