30-Day Returns

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Products must be sealed, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Return an Item

We’ll provide you with the return instructions and address.

Pack your items securely and send them back to us.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and checked, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
