4. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not mean it has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. A contract is formed when payment is taken and your order is dispatched.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our accepted payment methods (listed at checkout).
  • We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout.
  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly but are not responsible for delays outside our control.
  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Change of mind: You have 14 days from receipt to cancel and return unopened products for a refund. You must notify us in writing and return the items in their original condition at your own cost.
  • Faulty or damaged goods: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We may request photographic evidence.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
